Verified Lot Exchange is operated by Paleo Certified Inc. Its registered office, company registration number, payer and contracting details—and the ICS DBA relationship—are available through counsel or the diligence pack.

HMI knows → TECRID authenticates evidence → VLE sources passed lots → HMTc certifies finished products.

VLE does not replace TECRID or HMTc. TECRID authentication is necessary evidence infrastructure; it is not a VLE decision that a lot passed for sale.

No. PDF/COA ≠ QUALIFIED, and TECRID ≠ passed for sale. VLE separately requires an identified lot, controlled sampling and custody, current authenticated evidence, a named frozen Compliance Profile, and the resulting deterministic decision.

A prospective laboratory must be a real, mapped organization: Clerk authenticates the people, and VLE operations maps their membership to the correct VLE organization. Public ISO 17025 accreditation plus metals scope for the relevant matrix is an outreach-fit filter—not automatic admission or a claim that the lab is already a partner.

TECRID issuer access follows a controlled path: request → sandbox → test → Karen/counsel GO → production issuer keys. The production issuer factory stays disabled until contract sign-off and the sandbox checklist are complete. Wave 1 is keys-on-GO; there is no self-serve issuer onboarding. Laboratories can review the laboratory go-time checklist and TECRID laboratory path.

A website and an emailed COA are not enough. Without an operations-mapped organization, issued credentials, evidence bound to the expected independent sealed sample, and a frozen Compliance Profile decision, there is no eligible VLE listing.

VLE fails closed when evidence is mismatched, revoked, expired, or unverifiable. A listing loses eligibility when its evidence does, and LOCAL_MOCK_ONLY can never become QUALIFIED. PDF/COA ≠ TECRID; TECRID ≠ passed for sale; and TECRID ≠ an HMTc finished-product certification.

The sampler connects the laboratory result to the physical lot: binding the draw to the nomination, recording the seal, and preserving the custody trail into laboratory analysis. Supplier paperwork alone does not replace that independent sample path.

The pilot starts with Dutch and nearby EU warehouses for EU pulls. That is the first operating geography, not a claim of global coverage.

It is free to join, nominate, and browse through the pilot, and TECRID core is free forever. Any future VLE cash step comes only after a lot is QUALIFIED and proceeds toward reserve, or covers optional white-glove human help. Payment never buys qualification, listing eligibility, or TECRID authenticity, and this pilot FAQ does not introduce a membership fee, checkout, or reservation workflow.
